Mondays:  13 & overs stretch 4:45, practice 5:00-6:45.  12 & unders stretch 6:30, practice 6:45-7:45.
Tuesdays:  Early mornings stay the same.
                   12 & unders stretch 5:30, swim 5:45-6:45.  13 & overs, stretch 6:00, swim 6:15-7:45.
Wednesdays:  same as Mondays.
Thursdays:  Early mornings stay the same.
                    12 & unders stretch 5:30, swim 5:45-7:00 p.m.    (Weights for 13 & overs stays the same)
Fridays:  13 & overs stretch 4:45, swim 5:00-6:45.  12 & unders stretch 6:30, swim 6:45-7:45.  
Saturdays:  13 & overs stretch 10:00, swim 10:15-11:45.  12 & unders stretch 11:00, swim 11:15-12:15.  Weights is from 8:30-9:45.
