Monday, Sept. 11:      Younger group: stretch 6:30, swim 6:45-7:45

                                    Older group: stretch 7:00, swim 7:15-8:30

 

Tuesday, Sept. 12:      Older group: stretch 6:30, swim 6:45-8:30.

 

Wednesday, Sept. 13: Younger group: stretch 6:30, swim 6:45-7:45

                                    Older group: stretch 7:00, swim 7:15-8:30

 

Thursday, Sept. 14:     Younger group: stretch 6:30, swim 6:45-8:00. (and for those who don’t do weights)

                                    Weights: stretch 4:45, 5:00-6:15.

 

Friday, Sept. 15:         Older group: stretch 5:00, swim 5:15-7:00

                                    Younger group: stretch 6:45, swim 7:00-8:00.

 

Saturday, Sept. 16:      Older group, stretch 7:45, swim 8:00-9:45 – weights 10:30-11:30.

                                    Younger group, stretch 9:30, swim 9:45-11:00.
